Want more camps? More field trips? New kinds of clubs? Different service projects? Show us in a fast and fun video.

And guess what? There are prizes!

Official Rules
Please read all rules carefully before submitting an entry.
1. Eligibility
Participation is only open to Utah 4-H members (between the ages of 5-18) as of October 1, 2015. Entrants may be individuals or groups, but there is only one prize per winning entry. By entering and participating in the Contest, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and represent that you satisfy all of the eligibility requirements of said rules.
2. Contest Deadline
All entries must be submitted by March 31, 2016. Note that all entries become the sole and exclusive property of the Sponsor.
3. How to Enter
Eligible participants will design and create a video (90 seconds max.) which describes the future of Utah 4-H. This video will be uploaded to YouTube (unlisted), and entrants must send the YouTube web address of that video to seviercounty4-H@usu.edu. The email will include the first and last names, ages, and county of all Entrants. The Sponsor is not responsible for late, illegible, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, misdirected, technically corrupted, or garbled entries.
4. Judging
A panel of judges will identify the top three submissions and move them into a final round, where the public will take two weeks to vote for the video(s) they like best. There will be first, second, and third prize winners by the end of the final round. In the case of a tie, the final winner will be determined by a drawing. By entering the contest, Entrants fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which will be final and binding in all matters related to the Contest.
5. Notification
The winner will be notified by email to the email address provided in the entry and may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and a Media and Information Release within seven (7) days after prize notification. The winner will also be required to provide a valid US mailing address to which the prize will be delivered. If the winner cannot be contacted, or if any prize is returned as un-deliverable, or in the event of noncompliance with these Official Rules, including eligibility, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to the next alternate winner previously drawn. Upon prize forfeiture, no compensation will be given to the first person selected.
6. Prizes
Thanks to an anonymous donor, the first place prize is a $50 Walmart Gift Card. The second place prize is a $25 Walmart Gift Card. The third place prize is a $10 Walmart Gift Card.
7. License/Usage
By entering, Entrants agree to the use of their names, likenesses, biographical info and/or statements for purposes of advertising, trade, or promotion without further compensation.
8. Additional Terms
Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the web site. Sponsor may prohibit an entrant from participating in the Contest or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said Entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair playing practices (including the use of automated quick entry programs) or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other Entrants or Sponsor representatives.
9. Sponsor
Sevier County 4-H, 250 N Main St. Richfield, UT 84701.
Although advertising and submission may involve social media and external websites, Sevier County 4-H notes that this contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with, YouTube nor Facebook.
